About Larry Jackson

I am a hard-nosed businessman with a track-record of the type of successes businesses want most; quality fund-raising, a focused business vision, improved operations and reasonable exits and paydays. My first career was TV News. I travelled the world for Global Television for 18 years. On-air I covered the drought in Ethiopia, the sinking of the Ocean Ranger oil rig, the murder trial of the infamous Saskatchewan politician Colin Thatcher and many more stories spanning four continents. I also produced documentaries, television specials and several nationally broadcast series. My second career is business. Since 1995 I have focussed my efforts on providing operations, communications and opportunity management expertise to my companies, my partners and my clients. It has worked out well. I have seen enough good fortune along the way that I now have the option of choice in my current and future projects and partners.
