Debbie and I started The LBL Group 40 years ago to help educate and protect individuals, families and companies with insurance and financial services. In 1986, We had a vision to provide Employee Benefits, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services, Life Insurance & Executive Compensation, Medicare & Long Term Care Insurance, and Wealth Management & Financial Planning. Recently, we've add Wellness and Lifestyle Management programs to our family of service offerings to help organizations provide a full spectrum of health and wellness to their employees. The LBL Group is the leader in employee benefit strategies, communications and technologies. We firmly believe that our Mission is to Enhance the “Quality of Life” for those we serve through insurance and financial services. The LBL Group \ LBL Insurance Services, Inc. is comprised of six strategic departments designed to provide our clients an array of specialized services. We offer a full service approach to employee benefit consulting and brokerage services to employer groups and individuals. Our expertise includes Health Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Retirement Services, Life Insurance, Medicare and Long Term Care Planning, and Wealth Management. Our passion is serving our community and that’s why we actively participate in various civic and charitable organizations. I was elected to the board of trustees of the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU) in September, 1993 and elected Secretary in September 1996. I was past president of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and past president of the California Association of Life Underwriters (CALU), the Long Beach Association of Life Underwriters (LBALU) and the Long Beach - South Bay General Agent's and Manager's Association. Lastly, I was a past member of the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education.(LIFE). I've also served six years as NAIFA California’s national committeeman for six years.
