I've been an entrepreneur my entire life. After growing up in Iowa I moved to Colorado in I started L&L Heating and Air as a way to scratch my entrepreneurial itch and to give back to the community. I wanted to start a company that not only solved heating and cooling problems for homeowners but also did so without taking advantage of anyone. Heating and Cooling contractors get a bad rap, sometimes with good reason. We have all heard horror stories about homeowners being taken advantage of by unscrupulous companies. I swore that my company and our employees would never shortcut our customers or sell them something they don't want, or need. My mission is to run a successful, profitable business, but do so in a way that doesn't take advantage of homeowners. Our systems and training teach our comfort advisors and technicians to offer solutions and products that best fit our customers needs. I don't want a customer for a day, I want a customer for a lifetime.
