I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, camping, and connecting with nature. I believe leadership is influence. As a proud father of four children and grandfather of two, I am committed to constant learning and improvement with a firm belief in developing others to reach their full potential. This is the example I want my children and grandchildren to follow. I have trained and developed high performance leaders across Federal Government, Academia, Corporate and Non-Profit organizations. My roles as an Intelligence Officer, College Professor, Curriculum Developer, and Executive Coach gives me a diverse perspective in developing leaders. As a Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach, I lead Azimuth Consulting in guiding leaders, teams, and organizations from normal to a new future reality through customized training and coaching to meet my client’s needs. I am a dedicated to guiding my clients in their journey to improving personal and organizational performance through building a strong culture of trust and collaboration. I am a proud veteran who served alongside some amazing examples of servant leadership that molded my character and my passion for developing other leaders who lead with integrity and respect.
