I entered the active duty Air Force in July 1988 as a Personnel Specialist. Over the years, I have held serveral positions at Base, Major Command and Air Force Personnel Center levels. Prior to retiring, I oversaw personnel programs within the Military Personnel Section at Edwards AFB CA. In October 2010, I was hired by NorthStar Technologies for 9 months as a Personnel Systems Manager until transferring to a civilian government position with the Air Force. I have been with the Air Force since June 2011 and held Human Resources positions; Employee/Labor Relations Specialist, Employee/Labor Relations Chief, Recruitment & Placement (Staffing) Lead and Civilian Personnel Flight Chief.
