Assisted in developing retreats and workshops to show the staff how to modify teaching styles to better fit the new academic concept. RESULT: The teachers began to employ their own unique and creative impulses to fulfill the new Content-Based Instructional design. At Saint Louis University, our department was questioned by the University regarding our practices for placement, advancement, and testing. Coordinated a collaborative bench-marking project for over 10 Jesuit universities, which included Georgetown, Loyola Chicago, Loyola New Orleans, Gonzaga, and Xavier to examine practices, policies, and procedures. RESULT: Strengthened departmental management and improved networking within the Jesuit University community.
