Innovative and results-oriented, I am an IT Manager with 20+ years of success spearheading technical innovation for companies in a variety of industries and extensive experience planning and maintaining corporate IT environments. In my most recent position, I executed a complex enterprise resource planning (ERP)/warehouse management system (WMS) project from initiation through rollout including a 3 month learning phase, a 6 month pilot phase, and an implementation phase. Credited with realizing increased productivity and cost-savings, I am skilled in Windows and Linux server administration, and supporting LAN/WAN environments including servers, switches, firewalls, laptops/desktops, and mobile devices. My recent efforts resulted in improving the accuracy of a new invoicing system to process 80-150 invoices per week and resolving bugs in the vendor software. I am skilled at promoting transparent and open communications between vendors, programmers and managers. As a collaborative communicator, I focus on building positive relationships with management, co-workers, end-users, and vendors to drive positive change and achieve corporate goals. Currently, I am exploring new opportunities as an IT Manager or Systems Administrator where I can leverage my extensive skillset to benefit a forward-thinking, dynamic company.
