About Larry Staylon

Mr. Staylon is a Quality Assurance Industrial graduate from Coastline Community College and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He brings over three decades of diversified experience in the field of Business Quality Management: ISO 9001, LEAN / Six Sigma methodology, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Process Excellence from his various engagements in Healthcare, Transactional Services, and Manufacturing industries. He held vital roles in high-profile International Fortune 100/500 companies. He was previously the Director of Transformation Services for Excelio Technology Inc. With his leadership in deploying Hand Hygiene Systems, which integrate people, process, technology, and data, hospitals have significantly reduced their infection rates and increased their profits. At Cisco Systems Inc. – Linksys as Quality Manager, he drove improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt Mentor, LEAN/Kaizen Leader for Continuous Process and Program Improvement. He also served as the Business Quality Engineer of Micro Technology Inc. as the Corporate Six Sigma Master Black Belt where he developed, implemented, and managed the Six Sigma Program. Over his career, Larry has completed and/or governed close to one hundred improvement projects globally and performed research analysis studies related to continuous improvement and business process management in these various roles and industries. His efforts and continuous improvement leadership have resulted in drastic, measurable process and financial improvements. He has held key participation roles in multiple TSIA (Technical Services Industry Association) award-winning projects and has conducted various Six Sigma speaking engagements at Major Corporations.
