About Larry Tenhoff

I recently finished my 7-year enlistment in the military as a medical assistant in Walter Reed. Where I had to nurture improvisational thinking skills; as well as develop capabilities in administration, particularly patient administration, while working as a team leader in command of 14 others in primary pediatric clinics. I was fortunate to spend time at Walter Reed, the nation’s flagship military hospital, where I would acquire a variety of skills related to administration of patients, customer service, political-social interaction, all while practicing an expanding ability as a medical assistant. I enjoyed many opportunities to further train in customer service skills, critical thinking, small and large team leadership. I found and engaged opportunity to gain a TS-SCI clearance, and worked with several VIP Political figures during my stay. My responsibilities included; management of training records, development and conduct of training classes for varied medical skills, and office workspace flow with maintenance of computers and a/v troubleshooting 6yan expected asset capability. My goal is to work in an active environment which requests a variety of tasks and responsibilities. A workplace which puts the contracting customer first while allowing its staff to place the face to face customer into a spotlight of service. Ideally, I would work in a fast paced and kinetic environment with a mix of both social and hands on labor. So, in closing I’d like to suggest that have spent the last few years at Walter reed developing skills associated specifically with customer service, technical support, administration, telephone communication skills, leader development and training. I feel that the position applied for requests several these capabilities and I think Apex has the right position for me, I look forward to working with the organization.
