About Larry Wheatley

My HR and leadership experience is diverse to include a background in providing sustainable workforce, training and HR solutions to organizations of all sizes. I have a MEd. In Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University with experience in HR, talent management, and performance/process improvement roles. My experience includes roles within the U.S. military (Air Force), oil & gas, state government, and the consulting industries. Each of these industries provided me the opportunity to provide vision, direction and build organizational synergy by driving employee engagement. Key areas of strength include talent acquisition integration, change management, performance improvement development, business & workforce analytics, training solutions, employee engagement, HR and organizational compliance, succession planning, and military program management. Organizations are continually evolving through technology, requiring the need to grow a workforce that is flexible and nimble to adapt to change. As a performance improvement professional, I provide the capacity to listen first and then recommend solutions that provide sustainable change to performance.
