Larry is an experienced real estate professional and executive with over 30 years of experience. Proficient in all aspects related to the planning, entitlement, and development of master-planned communities (approximately acres). Skilled in all facets of commercial real estate (acquisitions, leasing, land development, and government relations/entitlement services. As Vice President at ProLogis, he was responsible for the coordination, planning, and entitlement for 43 million square feet of buildings in the western US. He formulated the entitlement strategies and represented ProLogis in City, County, State, and Federal agencies to obtain needed approvals and permits. As Vice President at The Irvine Company, he negotiated the sale of office and industrial sites closing over $1 Billion in sales. He also planned, entitled, and developed over 1,500-acres for industrial and office development. He specializes in consulting with Orange County corporations to address and optimize operational, functional, and strategic real estate decisions. Larry's focus is to provide the highest level of service by utilizing market knowledge to assist clients in supporting their strategic business plans and meet ongoing operational needs.
