My journey began as a young supervisor at Saab and later as a leader at Volvo. And since then, I’ve worked with organizations like- IKEA - Ericsson - SKF To transform processes, implement quality systems, and foster innovation. Today, as CEO of SHT Smart High Tech, I lead innovation in graphene-based thermal materials. Our technology is shaping the future of cooling for industries like electronics and automotive. Leadership is about more than results, it’s about shaping cultures and inspiring others to grow.
