I am an ambitious and result oriented leader and entrepreneur, passionate about developing both business and people. A generalist with a holistic view combining strategic thinking with strong business acumen and focus on value creation. I have more than 25 years of international experience in General Management, Sales and Marketing roles working with strong consumer brands in both luxury, lifestyle and FMCG segments. Having studied and worked abroad combined with years of leadership experience from senior management positions in large Nordic and international companies, has given me a broad cross cultural understanding. I am very commercially minded with a pragmatic approach and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience from both the start-up phase of a subsidiary to managing the full scope of corporate governance and compliance in a multinational company. Experienced in change management from introducing company values as well as transformation processes linked to organizational changes. I am open and curious by nature, a relationship builder and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
