I am excited about working in the energy sector currently undergoing fundamental transformation driven by accelerated decarbonization and electrification. The rapid LCoE decrease of RES is currently changing the energy mix e.g. the Offshore Wind industry is developing from being niche to mainstream and the main challenge for the industry is changing from ensuring sufficient critical mass to securing the ability to serve market demand – truly exiting and perfectly meaningful! I have been working in the renewable sector for the past decades for global industry leading Groups all playing a key part of the ongoing renewable transition and decarbonization. As sales and marketing professional I strive to be the customer ambassador, I have a strong commercial mind-set and a do-deliver approach. My key focus is sustainable value creation and to ensure that execution is a focal point for all development i.e. firmly understand markets, competitors and customer needs (business) to secure and deliver a strong value proposition – I find that pragmatism is a key element of a successful solution. I have a passion for commercial excellence and business development, and the past decades I have worked intensively with strategic and commercial development, as well as leadership of functions, processes and projects in an international context. As leader, project or people, I am visionary and have a high commitment to turn opportunities into valuable results. I have +15 years of direct leadership experience and proven the ability to ensure high engagement. I am positive, ambitious, results oriented, pragmatic and thrive when challenged.
