Throughout my career, my success has been based on my early talent for sales, communication, and management with a hands-on approach reaching ambitious goals in a complex business environments. I have repeatedly proven my qualifications through attractive job positions in the digital part of the Danish media industry, where I have gained great results and a broad experience with turn arounds, startups and taking corporate projects from A to B. I work with both a structured and creative approach, and have been able to navigate through modern challenges, using a wide range of management tools, new communication techniques, data-based consumer insights, commercial market understanding, digital product development and my rare ability to execute focused on growth. I’ve always felt a deep commitment to stay curious, probably motivated by my limited theoretical education, which kept me prepared to recognize disruptive opportunities and new trends, since the birth of the internet. This hybrid mix of competences has resulted in an early digital business understanding, which subsequently has been developed through daily execution and the inspiration from working with some of the best talent in the business.
