About Lars Elmquist

As Community Leader for an internal SAP Hub Community, I connect Solution Advisors in the Procurement area to share knowledge, collaborate, and stay aligned across regions. Our community helps colleagues stay connected, gain insights from each other, and translate strategies into meaningful action. I enjoy having my finger on the pulse of Procurement by actively engaging with colleagues and being proactive in gathering insights. This dialogue and outreach are important to continuously enhance the value and relevance of our community. I host our SharePoint space, coordinate resources, and plan sessions where ideas and experiences are exchanged. I keep a close pulse on what members need—collecting feedback, learning from patterns, and adjusting activities so they continue to bring value to our shared work. Collaboration across teams is central to my role. I work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, our Demo Build Team, and other stakeholders to ensure updates, plans, and learnings flow both ways within the organization. I like to turn complex information into clear, visual content that helps people understand and engage with our shared goals. Creativity helps me bring ideas to life—whether through sketching, photography, or whiteboarding. I see curiosity, openness, and continuous learning as the foundation for growing both people, communities and myself.
