About Lars Gaube

The commitment to continuous learning is the most important drive I believe in. With my desire to develop and expand my skills, new application opportunities are constantly arising. Whether it's learning Microsoft Power BI to facilitate the visualization of big data for working capital metrics or my latest passion, robotic process automation (RPA) to reduce manual tasks within the treasury department. Learning and applying existing and new skills excites me about my work, as there are almost unlimited opportunities for improvement. That's why I'm also very interested in cross-functional projects, for example, to combine my experience from the sales area with the finance area to find optimization potentials. But especially the exchange with new areas appeals to me, as new application fields and learning contents broaden my horizon. I'm looking forward to my future path and the possible opportunities.
