Its all about the customer- Execution oriented senior leader I am result oriented, used to act in complex and demanding organizations, always with challenging targets and some significant achievements, I am proud of: • Leading the M&A activities resulting in the divestment of Codan Forsikring/RSA Scandi – and integration to Alm Brand (2022) • Implemented agile-based PMO and Governance model for RSA Scandi to manage significant mDKK yearly investment budget (2020) • Re-organized and Implemented Scandi PM organization • Implemented new internal consulting model for Danske Bank C&I (2019) • Initiated and leading transformation of systems and processes around Custody in Nordea. Significant mEUR budget, involving more than 150 FTE, millions of customers, and the daily work of colleagues (2016) • Transformation of old-fashioned top-down managed organization into agile cross-functional delivery organization (2015) • Implemented simplified solution for Structured Lending – on time and within budget (2013) • In possession of in-depth process knowledge – with strong foundation in Six Sigma and Lean • Very experienced in organizational development and change management • Equipped with strong political skills - knows my way around the organization • Experienced and good in communicating – both in smaller and larger groups and at all levels Importance of leadership I am an experienced agile leader with a “Just do it” attitude and the will to succeed.
