About Lars Green
I started my career working both in the office and on the rigs throughout Western Canada. I joined Equinor (Statoil) in 2012, working on various field development projects in Norway, before moving to Scotland to assist with the Mariner project start-up as the Lean Expert and Lead Drilling Engineer. In 2019, I moved back home to Canada as the Lead Drilling Engineer to progress the Bay du Nord field development as well as support exploration drilling activities as a drilling supervisor. In 2024, I transitioned into the exciting world of Geothermal. I consider my strengths to be within Field development, onshore and offshore drilling operations, Lean optimizations, Deep-water drilling, and Project start-ups. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA specializing in Global Leadership.
