Starting my career in software, startups, and SaaS and expanding into CX & transformation management and consulting I evolved into an executive operator who drives digital transformation across diverse, complex organisations. At the heart of my approach are two equally vital capabilities: leveraging customer experience as a driver of external value and optimizing value streams to ensure internal efficiency and agility.
