Adult education, lifelong learning and continuous technical qualification are at the heart of my professional interests. After ten years of working in Asia, mainly teaching at universities in South Korea, I spent a decade in the field of in-company technical qualification, designing and ensuring training at a comparable level worldwide, and establishing and maintaining quality standards for in-company training at an international level. As Head of the Christiani Academy and later as General Manager of Advanced Training Technologies, I pursued the mission of providing training solutions for continuous education and qualification of technical and non-technical staff and leadership roles.
