About Lars Henrikson

I’m mission driven. I look for opportunities to leverage my skills to create lasting improvements and make the world a better place for future generations. For the last 12 years I’ve been focused on improving residential electrical efficiency as a utility program designer and manager. Before that, I was working to improve public transportation, building green buildings, directing public art events, teaching public school, and improving public access to nature. My formal educational background includes ecology, politics, environmental design, energy systems, and teaching. Informally, I’ve developed skills in program planning, program and project management, people management, Microsoft Office products, navigating bureaucracies, and just getting things done. I like what I’m doing now, and I’m also open to trying something new. What’s your project for leaving the world better than you found it?
