I have a passion for facilitating active learning - especially the learning of leadership, difficult conversations and collaboration. Recently I have worked extensively on how online collaborative tools are used for work globally and how these tools can be used in learning to lead work and for personal leadership development. This has amazing potential - especially with the emergence of ai and augmented reality. As a trained psychologist I have expertise in change management, training, learning, dialogue, process consultation, tests, teaching, team building, management and leadership development - especially senior management teams during (not away from) ordinary business work, management conferences and strategy development and implementation. Game developer for a lifetime with experience since in designing group and organizational change, learning game and simulation solutions. I have designed over 30 dialogue- and simulation games on a wide variety of themes within organizational learning and change - strategy and business execution and understanding, engagement, stress, conflict management etc. Specialties: Gamification, digital and analogue learning and dialogue design, agile business, training, instruction, coaching, appreciative inquiry, solution focus, conference design.
