About Lars Jakobsson

Experienced Project Manager and Business Architect/Analyst with a sweet tooth for new technologies and developing Business Value.Through my roles over the years I have several years of experience from leadership on various levels in a large organization. I have been the driver of Projects aiming to improve both Business Processes and Business Support tools, driving change management to improve business performance and enhance collaboration within and across organizations. One of the big challenges in developing, adopting and utilizing IT-solutions and Business Processes is the complexity we are facing in integrating both advanced technology with demanding end users in a seamless way. Challenges like this is one of the main reasons why I love working in a complex IT industry. My broad background is a perfect tool for understanding the needs of organizations and stake holders in the context of IT-systems analysis, optimization, design and development. Ph.D in Information Systems, with a broad knowledge in Systems Development and Software Engineering. On a personal level, words like positive, committed, structured and analytical best describe me, plus I have a keen interest in technology as well as usability and new applications for technical equipment.
