About Lars Jeschio

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Mathematics, specializing in formal verification with a focus on differential dynamic logic (dL) to ensure the reliability and correctness of complex systems. My research is dedicated to applying this powerful mathematical framework to verify the behavior of dynamic systems, particularly in the context of metabolic and regulatory networks. By leveraging dL, I aim to bridge the gap between theoretical computation and real-world applications, ensuring that critical systems perform as intended under all conditions. Outside of my research, I am also an educator, lecturing at several leading business schools in Berlin. I teach courses in statistics, financial modeling, decision-making, and strategy. My teaching is grounded in practical application, aiming to equip students with the tools they need to succeed in complex and dynamic business environments. Prior to my academic endeavors, I spent eight years at Egon Zehnder, where I led research and analytical teams across Berlin, Budapest, and São Paulo. My role encompassed leadership consulting, knowledge management, and the creation of an internal communications function. I successfully managed multidisciplinary teams on a global scale and provided strategic guidance to senior executives in the Aviation, Biotech, Digital, and Private Equity sectors. With a strong foundation in formal verification, particularly through differential dynamic logic, I am committed to advancing the reliability of complex systems and contributing to the education and development of future leaders in both academia and industry.
