Welcome on my Linkedin Profile For more than 20 years, I have been dealing with all topics related to modern human resources management. In addition to being a managing director at ORBIS People GmbH, I am a passionate HR expert. Over the years, I have been able to support many companies in the digitalization of their HR processes. From DAX 30 companies to small and medium-sized enterprises. What my projects have shown me: It often doesn't matter how big or small a company is, how many employees or locations it has, the challenges of professionalizing and digitizing HR processes are often the same. I have made it my personal mission to optimize HR processes, eliminate isolated solutions, and establish holistic talent management processes. In doing so, I want to demonstrate that, contrary to many prejudices (too big, too expensive, etc.), projects can be carried out smartly and efficiently using the latest SAP cloud technologies. In addition, I worked for 10 years until 2025 as a lecturer in electronic HR management at Saarland University of Applied Sciences and as a speaker and author under the motto "From Practice to Practice."
