Background I have theoretical background in electronics engineering, and a broad management experience from international companies. Where I, at the upper management level, have been involved in developing and managing; sales, product and production areas at companies in the particle accelerator and medico products business, which has been wide spread technological; power electronics, software embedded/control systems, and mechanical construction Experience I have extensive experience with strategic leadership, operational management and development, through which I have produced results through focused business development, change management, optimization of processes, development of new markets and products with the associated tools and control mechanisms. I’m accomplished in high level negotiations. Also, I have extensive experience in project management (parallel projects) and as project manager. Overall, I have experience in tying all business processes together in a "intelligent" and effective manner. Results Some key results during my career; Increase revenue and earnings with high growth rates with lucrative spin-off. Simple and clear objectives, market expansions and development of new products, processes and rationalization and thereby ensure efficient project execution. Motivate employees, and not least, ensured satisfied customers.
