As a seasoned Swedish software engineer with over 15 years of experience in the dynamic startup world, I bring a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the table. My journey in technology began with a comprehensive 5-year Computer Science program at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and since then, I've been dedicated to building and scaling innovative solutions as a Fullstack and Product Engineer. In 2019, I founded Dreamly, an IT consultancy and software house, which has since relocated from Kagawa to Tokyo in 2024. Through Dreamly and other ventures, I've had the privilege of leading diverse projects for a wide range of clients, from early-stage startups in IoT and blockchain to innovation initiatives at major Japanese corporations like Panasonic and NTT Data. My leadership experience extends to spearheading product direction, designing complex architectures and algorithms, and managing international engineering teams of up to 50 individuals across different timezones. Beyond my technical contributions, I am passionate about fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. I have a proven track record of conducting seminars, developing educational programs for university students, and facilitating international innovation exchanges. Currently, as the Director of the Engineering department at Belong Inc, I am focused on People Management, leveraging my experience to build and nurture high-performing teams. I am a fluent speaker of Swedish, English and Japanese and thrive in multicultural environments and am always eager to connect with like-minded professionals who are passionate about building the future of technology.
