About Lars Leonhardt

I am a very technique driven and selfmotivated person, who really likes to work and bring things forward. Challenges in the Job are the salt in the soup. In my prior roles during the last 11 years within Shell and more than 2 years with Petronas Lubricants, I had the opportunity to gain experience in many different areas. Therefore, I can offer a broad range of skills. Starting from how to manage and run (engine-) testbeds, awareness of the latest engine technology (automotive, truck, marine) and driveline technolgy incl. e-mobility, product development of differentiated fuels and lubricants as Test-/Project-Engineer and from OEM liaison side, Stakeholder Management (internal and external customers, incl. international OEM's), Teamlead of 13 technicians, HSSE in all aspects and also media training. I had the great opportunity to accompany product launches in Poland and Hungary, where I had to deal with Journalists and Blogger. I can handle a great deal of pressure and responsibility and have no issue to talk in front of big audiences. I am always open for new challenges and would be happy to get the opportunity to share my passion for my job with you.
