About Lars Leppin

I am the Vice President & General Manager for the Ethicon business in Germany, with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare across general management, strategic marketing, sales management, R&D, digital transformation and patient insights. I have been with the Johnson & Johnson family of companies since during which time I have served in various senior leadership roles, leading marketing strategies across multiple therapeutic areas including Surgery, Immunology, Neuroscience, Pulmonary Hypertension, Infectious Diseases, Hematology and Oncology. My career spans multiple locations including the United States, Germany and the Middle East. I also hold a Master’s degree in Marketing and General Management, and an Executive Scholarship in General Management from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, USA. I am passionate about making a positive and unique contribution to the lives of patients, by leveraging the power of diverse teams.
