Practice in supervision of manufacturing surveillance (NACE coating inspector). Involved in the assessment of the majority of offshore wind farm regarding corrosion related matters. Lars is the lead Principal Specialist within Renewables Certification for corrosion protection issues. He has been the responsible expert for the DNV-RP-0416 Corrosion protection for wind turbines. Thorough inspection experience with surface preparation, coating works, and thermal sprayed metallization. This experience includes wind turbine and OSS assessment, document review and inspection on several European manufacturing sites. Member in the CEN/TC 219, NA 062-01-78 AA, cathodic protection, expert in ISO/TC 156 WG10 Cathodic protection of buried and immersed metallic structures, member in the WAB working group corrosion protection. Participation in the standardization work of the GfKORR, VGB/BAW, and BSH.
