As a social networker, I am keen to build a close relationship with external partners, whilst never losing sight of the true company culture and integrity. A person who knows how to interpret board directions, act and present results in a clear manner and strategically set and drive goals for the future. Someone who makes people grow, drives change and simply make things happen. Profile: I am an experienced and energetic manager. I have thrived and extended my knowledge in my current position in which I am maintaining full category responsibility, developing the buying department and enhancing my marketing abilities. I am a very organized person and am at my best working in a deadline-driven, brief-sensitive environment. Always hungry for broadening my views which has also led to a venture in Hong Kong for 5 years. Leadership qualities: As a confident leader I am a strategic and extremely driven person who is adept at maintaining an overview of what needs to be done, by whom and when. I believe the best way to lead is by example and have led the various teams placed with me on to achieve internal targets way beyond what could be expected through silo-oriented campaigns. Ambition: I put people at the centre to help shape and be a significant part of cementing a vision into strong figures and user endorsement. I aim to further grow in a senior management role with an ambitious company. I wish to contribute to the success of a business and myself through integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, talent management and transparent team-work.
