Lars Linnet has 30+ years of experience working with most aspects of food & feed processing, with particular focus on further processing. The practical skills range from design of processing lines and of individual specialised machinery to physical test and financial evaluation of a broad range of process equipment. Hands-on experience in development and preparation of processing systems for food and feed to high quality standards. As a Specialist Consultant work has been conducted for a large number of industrial clients as well as international organisations requiring support for process optimisation, feasibility studies and project formulation, conceptual designs, sales assistance, resource investigations and quality assurance etc. The Current position as Senior Process Expert is dedicated to the design and engineering of systems for side-stream recovery and utilization, especially the recovery and purification of vegetable and animal proteins. Workplace is Denmark, but projects are worldwide.
