Change- and project-management with a high degree of ownership among end-users, is in my world of high value. Some of those high value effects is used in my methodologies within management. Ownership and reponsibilities in combination of the absence of micromanagement is very important to me. I motivate my PM´s to use a methodology to optimize scope-definition, with less adjustments after handover, including side effects like motivated end-users, which has ownership for the project outcome. This approach is based on personal experiences on operational and technical level, mixed with academic perspectives, which ensures broad founded insight.
