I then transitioned to several years in strategic and technical purchasing in Germany, where I honed my skills in supplier management, cost control, and procurement strategy. My time as a Purchasing and Logistics Manager in the U.S. expanded my expertise in global supply chain operations, allowing me to integrate purchasing strategies with comprehensive logistics coordination on an international scale. This experience has given me a unique perspective in optimizing procurement and supply chain workflows for businesses with global reach. In addition to my practical experience, I have pursued continuous education, achieving qualifications as an Industriemeister Metall, Technischer Fachwirt, and Technischer Betriebswirt. These credentials have strengthened my ability to bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy.
