About Lars Nilsson

I have extensive experience as a PMO Manager, Project Manager, and Line Manager, both in Sweden and internationally. I have led a wide range of international projects, particularly within the telecom, medtech, and manufacturing industries. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering and complemented this with an MBA in 2018. My passion for technology, combined with leadership and business strategy, has continually driven my curiosity and pursuit of new knowledge. I am Prince2 certified. My broad background has enabled me to successfully lead complex and challenging change projects within matrix organizations. This has given me a strong, holistic understanding of how different departments interact within corporate structures. I work in a structured and solution-oriented way, and I thrive when collaborating closely with expert teams to solve complex problems. I am driven by curiosity and am not afraid to take on difficult challenges. According to the Myers-Briggs framework, my personality type is ENTJ. I thrive in roles where problem-solving, structure, and collaboration are central — often in positions such as Program Manager, PMO Lead, or Change Leader. I'm persistent, proactive, and skilled at building trust in both technical and business-strategic environments.
