About Lars Nilsson

With over 40 years of experience in IT, I have gained a deep knowledge and understanding of both IT management, technology and business development. I am very confident in the Datacenter Area (IT Infrastrucure/Datacenter/Operations) as well as Project Management Role. I have successfully implemented ITIL framework to support how we handle issues in IT in a formalized effective way. One of my strengths is to capture and understand the requirements and needs of business and management, and ensure that projects are initiated to meet goals while meeting the economic goal in the role of project leader. I am very passionate about the overall EA (Enterprise Architecture) and have certified me within the TOGAF Framework. To support my daily work, I have introduced Agile methods, such as Kanban Technique for Operations team and SCRUM for Developer teams. These methods I am a great supporter of since these provide high efficiency and safer deliveries. As a person, I have easy to get things happen, to make and enforce decisions and to see possible solutions in tough situations. Others describe me as open and humble, which I see as a good ability to make people grow in their respective roles. I see myself as a calm and methodical person. I have very easy to create a good relationship both for my employees, stakeholders and customers. I have great demands, both on myself and on my colleagues.
