My development skills span broadly from business development with focus on the financials, over proces development with focus on how to move people in a certain direction to individual people development with focus on how to improve individual performance. I'm ambitious and engaged in what I do. I often take the first step to change. I can make results by myself and through others, but I prefer to work with others. It energises me when there is s mutual trust and learning. I love to laugh and I believe that humour is an important ingredient every day.
