Lars is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, excelling both as a people manager and an individual contributor. Currently, he manages strategic multinational partnerships between manufacturing clients headquartered in Germany and Cisco, supported by a global program organization and specialized resources. He leads a diverse, multinational team focused on driving business growth through strategic initiatives across our client's CIO/CTO organization and various business units. Key areas of engagement include hybrid work enablement, infrastructure transformation and automation, OT/IT security, the integration of AI-driven solutions, and developing connectivity and security architectures in a cloud-centric environment. Digital transformation is often the overarching objective, yet it takes on different meanings across organizational units.
