In 2017 I moved to AECOM Germany as Project Director for a Design & Built lump sum project in South of Munich. It was the first Risk Project for AECOM in Continental Europe. The Client was one of the top 5 pharmaciutical Companies in the world. In my role as PD I was responsible for the full implementation process including. I joined in 2015 AECOM Russia as PD to provide Construction Services to national and international Clients. Before AECOM I worked from May 2012-April 2015 for Mace International as Associate Director in Montenegro and responsible for two Management teams of which one team was involed in the Pre/Construction Phase of a 5 Star Resort of Qatari Diar and the other team provided Construction Management Services and Technical Supervision for the Adriatic Marina Development Group for the Porto Montenegro Development. This development will open the first new built 5 Star Hotel operated by Regent Hotels at the Adriatic Coast. As a specialist for Project-/Construction Management with over 30 years experience in real estate development, construction & design project management in the CEE Region I have undertaken roles on site, in design, estimating, marketing, business development general management. I worked in leading positions for Mace International, worked over 14 years in Bovis Lend Lease International, leading as Board Director the operation in Germany and Regional Director in Croatia. The value of projects delivered under my management reached the value of 1.5 Billon USD. Specialized in: Business Development, Team leadership & team building with multiple nationalities across Germany, Croatia, Ukraine and Russia. Bidding, sales and contract negotiation for construction projects. Setting and meeting project targets.
