With a rich background in investments and investor services, I've successfully led negotiations and prepared comprehensive fundraising materials, including PPM, ManRegs, and LPA, which are essential in forging strong ties with institutional investors. The team and I have excelled in tailoring strategies for new fund initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Our efforts in product structuring and investor negotiations reflect our dedication to maintaining CapitaLand's stature as a premier real estate investment firm. My analytical skills, combined with a profound understanding of business growth, empower me to drive strategic investor relationships and secure the company's future in the market. Previously, I was the Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Investment Management where I held final responsibility for investment decisions and served as the leading manager of the Investment Committee for infrastructure and real estate. I managed a team of 18 employees and led the successful set-up of a Luxembourg AIFM. My mission is to deliver value-added solutions and services to our clients and partners, while enhancing CapitaLand's position as a leading real estate fund manager in Europe.
