International experienced project manager with solid base in the Supply Chain and IT/OT management. I represent and deliver result oriented change management, business development (customer relationships) and ambitious leadership based on: A vast knowledge about new technology implementation within the production process, packing, utility and the construction industry. Extensive cross-functional team development, lately transition into an agile setup. Building up an organisation and managed a PMO (Project Manager Office). Building up and deploying a Production IT (Manufacturing Execution System) and automation (Programmable Logic Controller) standardisation program based on a “strategy white paper” into 45 factories. Project management, being responsible for execution of several large green and brown field projects within the Supply Chain area. Engineering & project management. Primarily building and getting new manufacturing equipment into operation internationally. Projects in most EU countries, Far East, US and Canada. B2B customer relationships. I honestly believe that the core value of delivering successful projects, lies within understanding the organisation and culture, the technical systems and the business process to be used. Stakeholder’s different mindsets are a challenge, but from many years on the front line, I claim, that these three elements are the true driver’s for a smooth change process.
