About Lars Wilsson

As you can read from my CV, I have a substantial experience in Lighting Systems and in the Lighting Industry, where I’ve been active for the latest 14 years of my carrier. With my latest position as Category Manger for Light & Room Control at Schneider, I’ve broaden me experience by including a wider knowledge within Marketing and the Product Launch processes. Prior to this time, I’ve run my own installation company and as a project manager at Skanska I obtained a rather broad experience in Power Distribution. This experience together with my experience from networked control systems I don’t see any problems to refresh my knowledge to become a valuable asset as a Launch Manager for Power Breakers. I have, from my previous position as MD of Helvar AB, Distribution Manager for Norway and Denmark, from my position as Business Development Manager in Europe and as a member of the Systems Management team had the opportunity to influence the strategy, including the Product Roadmap, that supported the growth and profitability within the countries of my responsibility. During my time in these different roles, my goal has always been to build a solid breeding ground for creating the best conditions for profitable growth. As a Manager, I see myself as a strong Team Leader and a Team Player with an ability to motivate an organization to give that little extra. I attach a great importance of having clear goal setting, both from the overall perspective and from each department or individual. I have a long experience in human resources I am considered to have good qualities to communicate, in other words; talk to people “the way people talk”.
