With over 25 years of immersive hospitality expertise, I am a certified master chef and trainer, as well as a highly skilled executive chef with a proven track record in large size banquets, pre-opening, catering, menu costing, budgeting, and quality management. My core competencies include leading cross-functional teams, problem solving, efficiency improvement, staff training and support, communication, quality assurance, budget management, and guest experience enhancement. I am driven by an unwavering passion for innovation and excellence, specializing in creating and executing cutting-edge food and beverage concepts that celebrate the diversity and opulence of the market, while adhering to international standards and trends. Beyond my culinary pursuits, I am deeply committed to fostering positive impacts on the local community and the environment, championing sustainability, waste reduction, and meaningful partnerships. I was also honorer to have served as a board member and chairperson of the German Embassy School Addis Ababa, contributing to the educational development of the students and the staff.
