Dedication pays off. Hard work is worth it. & Be open to learning always I would say that so far in beginning my career I have found it very rewarding. I knew to follow my passion and here I find myself excited and learning so much I am interested in my work and I think that makes the difference between just doing a job and loving the job you do. As I continue learning and growing into the professional I aspire to be I'll be sure to remain true to my values and beliefs, and what inspires me. Case management was interesting and I truly enjoyed my duties and found the experience valuable in learning engagement with clients and the advantage of networking, & working in a rural treatment agency. As I've made the switch towards counseling & group facilitation I see every day the value of human relationships and client empowerment, more individual focused work also incites in me a drive to be as effective of a social worker that I can be. I know that I trusted my intuition and have found my calling and I hope to one day inspire others to dare to do what they love🦋
