EXPERIENCE Manage implementation of assigned Self-Service Banner 9 Modules (Faculty, Student, and Registration), including configuring, testing, and training. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for faculty and staff to utilize a new interface of self-service. Create tutorial videos for faculty and students to onboard to the new interface and troubleshoot problems. Serve as technical liaison between the Office of the Registrar and Division of Information Technology and vendors to collaborate on new projects, upgrades, and troubleshoot other technical issues. Direct new releases for banner student module by reviewing the upgrade material, creating SOPs to send to the appropriate staff, originated templates for staff to document testing information and review results for any issues. Develop implementation and maintenance of the Office of Registrar’s website using Ingenuix and social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter). Facilitate the launch of WebFocus to Argos for Student Module including developing datablocks to move reports from WebFocus into Argos.
