I’m a strategic and people-first Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase, known for turning ideas into experiences that improve culture, drive engagement, and spark community impact. With an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a strong foundation in event operations, leadership development, and employee engagement, I specialize in managing programs that make a lasting difference. I lead with purpose and creativity—whether organizing large-scale events like Employee Appreciation Week, managing wellness initiatives, or overseeing DEI activations across the Brooklyn Corporate Center. I’ve helped launch and grow impactful programs such as the Rising Stars leadership cohort, Brooklyn Toastmasters Club, and our BRG Carnival, bringing cross-functional teams together to inspire growth and connection. My community work reflects the same passion. As a dedicated member of Electa Chapter #14 (Prince Hall Order of the Eastern Star), I lead youth-focused initiatives like Y-Dive, support women in shelters through the Mama Bear Fundraiser, and promote healing and unity through sisterhood-driven service.
