About Lashonda Glass

As a Nursing Assistant at Wellstar Health System, I provide quality care and support to patients and their families, while also gaining valuable experience in clinical research. I have completed the GCP- Good Clinical Practice certification issued by The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and I am proficient in Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and professional writing skills. I am also a member of Black Women In Clinical Research ®, a community that empowers and connects women of color in the clinical research industry. I am passionate about advancing health equity and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and innovation. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clark Atlanta University. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to further my career in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of science and medicine.
