About Lashunda Campbell

I am a strategic marketing and communications leader who uses storytelling to align people, shape meaning, and accelerate enterprise change. For nearly two decades, I’ve partnered with presidents, CEOs, deans, and senior leaders across academic medicine, Fortune 50 corporate, philanthropy, and innovation ecosystems to translate strategy into clear narrative, coordinated action, and measurable impact.I’m known for simplifying complexity, elevating executive voice, and building integrated communication systems that strengthen culture, deepen trust, and advance organizational priorities. My work sits at the intersection of brand, internal communications, executive positioning, and stakeholder engagement—particularly during moments of transformation, growth, and heightened visibility.Whether leading enterprise-wide campaigns, orchestrating high-profile activations, or bringing a CEO’s vision to life, I operate with intention, integrity, and care. I believe communications is not simply about information—it is about connection. When people feel connected, they move together.I am pursuing VP-level leadership roles where communications is mission-critical to business transformation, organizational growth, employee experience, and institutional reputation.
