My name is Lashvinder Kaur, and I have over 2 decades of experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Building, Crisis Management, Change Management and Internal Communications. Agility and the ability to navigate complex business environments and regulatory requirements requires an integrated and comprehensive approach with tailor-made solutions for each market’s needs. A delicate balance of reputation and change management experience coupled with an understanding of how the media works, helps me examine each situation through a different lens. One that allows me to create a vision that goes beyond products, services and profits; one that provides a compelling image of the business that stakeholders are eager to engage with.
